Track parents-

Go to the website, longmeadowtrack.org, where the workout for April 2 is explained by Coach Cari in a video and some of our teen coaches introduce themselves. The workout is explained in detail in text below the videos. There is a separate workout for our Group 3 and 4 distance runners, which is explained in the text.
