Sign Up Open for Bement Invitational

Middle School track parents-

I received the meet information from the Bement coach today, and I have posted it on the website, longmeadowtrack.org. The meet is Saturday, 5/19 at Deerfield Academy, with field events beginning at 9:30 am and running events beginning at 11 am. Check out the home page and the "Bement Invitational" tab on the website for the order of events and more information. I don't think, as I suggested at an earlier email, that the meet will be complete by 12:00, but I don't expect it will be an all-day affair as was the Bloomfield meet. Since this is a middle school meet, there are not separate age groups and that speeds things up.

The limit is 2 running events and 2 field events. Email me separately if you are interested in the 4 x 100m and 4 x 400m relays.

The sign-up deadline is Thursday, 5/17 at 5pm.

This is an exciting opportunity for our middle schoolers to compete against other kids from western Massachusetts!
